Clara Sorrenti Does an Epic, if Somewhat Problematic, Takedown of The Young Turks' Turn to Anti-Trans Bigotry

Clara Sorrenti, aka Keffals, is a long time activist for trans rights who’s been relentlessly attacked over the past couple of years for her work in going after anti-trans bigots. Her taking down of far right hate group Kiwi Farms last year wasn’t without risk to her own personal safety, as the swatting attempt against her showed. She’s also come under fire from fellow trans people who may not be what they claim, and who’ve gone to the defense of Kiwi farms personnel, fabricated accusations against her, threatened people’s pets, and cheered the suicide of trans woman Eden Knight following her kidnapping and forced detransition by relatives.

To say Sorrenti has earned her activist credentials is an understatement. Her work in aiding trans people in need has helped many escape persecution. That said, her opinion on communists and communism is woefully uninformed and her association with Nazi-supporter and virulent misogynist Vaush—who is likely a Fed—is problematic. Still, her takedown of The Young Turks as they dropped all pretense of being other than Democrat Party establishment shills is nothing short of epic. You won’t see chronically online woke-scolds doing half of what Sorrenti does in standing up for trans people.
